Keen to find out as I'm currently making a max pen elementalist EA (no lmp/gmp) only in pvp: %40 damage reduction. you can skill one shot 4-5k life with 5 stacks if you get high X-Y and focus on initial damage rather than ignite. block & evasion are your enemies though make you sure you get RT "You have great power.
