I would improve my Mjolner Discharge build to the limits (+1 max res voll, +1 max res kingsguard, ...). And I would also push my LowLife Blade Vortex build (Skyforth, 6L Shav, ...). Once these 2 chars are perfected, I would probably continue improve a few of my other char and maybe do a giveaway on twitch.

I would stop playing because I would quickly not have any new goal anymore.

Hi my name is david if i get 3k exalts, im gonna expend all on currency for craft the best fucking item on whole server.

I would keep some to buy some mirror worthy gear and stash the rest for future POE patches as I'm sure even more OP gear is around the corner when more gear bases and equipment drop with each future patch.
