[2.6] Chieftain dual Siege Ballista. All map mods. 8k life. Beginner and budget tips.

Which would be better Reach of the Council Spine Bow or Lioneye's Glare Imperial Bow?

I would take Reach of the Council Spine Bow and not use Rain of Splinters Crimson Jewel.

Reach of the Council Spine Bow looks very nice, probably using it requires spend 2 points to get Resolute Technique.
If I get this new bow dropped, will test that option. Current prices 5-6ex don't looks like this is real alternative for budget build.

Today progress update, not much changes because I focused on getting quality gem for Siege Ballista support and leveling them for replace that old 0 quality ones. No changes in gear, but tree progress gives me now 5483hp at current 84 lvl.

I am enjoying the build so far. Only issue I have so far, or more annoying, is Reflect mods on maps. Totems die after 1 hit about and its rather annoying having to place them over and over and over. Ha.

Any tips on how to do these maps better or do you just skip them all together?

I mostly re-roll that map types because that are so much slower to make. If you must do that stuff mana potion will help spam totems hard way.

Not much to update now, my current dps per totem is 22k, I got tabula droped and checked if I have 6L it will be 28k now but I sell tabula. Waiting for 6L prophecy to make 6L on bow. I have 86 lvl now and 5664 hp. At 85 lvl I finally done endgame lab and get last of 8 ascendancy points. No changes in gear, but I slowly gather more currency will do replaces soon.

Leveling is pretty tough, i'm level 31 now, i drop 2 ballistas and i have to kite mobs around for quite a while before they die, hopefully death's harp at 32 will help a bit, or rain of splinters will drop in price.

Yep, Death's Harp will help a lot. At 44 lvl you can use this league exclusive bow: Death's Opus



It can replace need of Rian of Splinters gem until 66 lvl, when you get Lioneye's Glare.

Thanks. I'm 50 now and its really speeding up now, drillnecks are super cheap this league, 1c for a corrupted one and its a large damage upgrade.

As Ranger you can be Deadeye, Raider or Pathfinder. This build use Deadeye ascendancy.

Todays update : 88 lvl and most of gear replaced, I finally get rid of res points in tree and have better items. Today's uber lab is very hard so I do only one run and don't have luck for good enchants.
Maybe tomorrow will try again and get better ones, this can rise my dps around 2k+ per totem. I should replace jewels with better ones too, but now top priority is getting 6l on chest or bow if I have luck and got 6L prophecy "quest". 6L is now my biggest possible upgrade, better then top bow roll or other things.
