Siege ballista got 100% pierce chance so this should work, but to be sure it must be tested because totems are not allowed to have many buffs. So I don't know yet.

Just a couple of questions;

1)
Why not spend the 4 points to get Phase Acrobatics?
It would really seem like a no-brainer to me.

2)
Why not take Rupture or maybe even Powerful Precision as the 7th and 8th points of the Ascendancy tree?
Rupture would be the better among the 2 (I assume), but anyway, I can't see why you would take just the basic node(s) instead of either of these.

Planning to play this in the upcoming Essence league, hope it works out nicely!

This in intentionally NOT crit build, so I skip most points around crit mechanics. You can modify it and use your own version, but spending points on crit will cost you survivability.
IMO dmg is enough, but you can check different options ofc.

I don't feel Phase Acrobatics as huge improvement. Want be safe make sure you get Kintsugi robe ASAP, it's like ten time more then Phase Acrobatics.

Yes it's very easy to play ( if you remember to keep moving most time ) and budget friendly.

^^ this. :) Planning to do this build (tnx op) today to lvl 90 in next 1st month of Atlas :)
I play a lot. There is always some exalt drop, what i can use to update my bow/armor to nice 5L, and then farm for 3-5exa to get 6L in next month.
As I will not be doing damage - if moving&have resists, will not die stupidly - less death->faster leveling. Will build be end-boss viable - meh, maybe, this time plan just 36/40 to get portal :)
