[Handcraft] Emperors Flask

Greetings exiles.

I am not very good with words, so here it goes.

Since PoE Ascendancy fan art contest was coming, I decided to make a an entry, with some sort of practical tool.

Decision was made - "Emperors Flask".

It had to meet few criteria:
(1) Usable for drinking
(2) Easy to clean
(3) Have a firm grip OR solid surface for a good grip
(4) Moderate size for fluids
(5) Ascendancy theme
(6) Something that can be made by exiles
(7) Fancy flavor text - "True Emperor must welcome sun each morning and douse its burning tears in flask of coffee."
