I played a storm call templar with garbage gear to 70 on 2WPHC since I really liked the skill, and it felt like the skill was incredibly underrated. No difference in passive tree and no change in gear, ur choise to change something to get more survaivability vs reflect (purity, saffel's, vaal pact).
