Second Wave of Trade Improvements

Haha! like a gut punch!


I find it funny, but seriously, why the eff not ? At least the infrastructure that all that is based on: unattended currency trading, and item-for-currency trading, and publishing of currency trade statistics would help for the occasional players who don't understand the recent dynamics of their leagues trades. From occasional (a few hours a day) player to PoE Addict (ambidexterous dual machine -24/7/365.25) could look up the trade stats, and trade currency more efficiently, or at least have a trustworthy reference.

So this looks like a parody of something that would actually be quite nice, though there would be some burden of programming to make it so.


Burden avoided ?

Obviously this is over the top, but I have no problem with an auction hall and some tools around it. I currently play PoE almost entirely self found, because the process of finding who has what with just the right stats that is actually online at a reasonable price is such a *terrible* PITA and un-fun that I just don't want to bother. I would *LOVE* to set up an automated shop in my stash so I can actually do what is fun: play the damned game.

join a guild, many guilds have dedicated traders who love to sell things from the guild stash for a small fee they keep for themselves.

It could fit the game perfectly. Just adding some ingame broker (like in WoW) would be so nice. Too bad GGG wants us to donate for premisum stash tabs.

I would like a mobile app to go with it....

Not the answer for me, unfortunately. I've tried in the past, but I'm "too casual". I'm married with a job and have other hobbies that all keep me busy, so I can't be on regularly/often/on any kind of schedule. I just steal time here and there where I can. Still, I've been in a couple of guilds in PoE, but they both dried up pretty quickly. Besides, I just want to play a game, not join a virtual HOA.

Trade improvements? Have to be April fools joke. POE would crash if items market price could be seen.
