Looking for a build that can do all map mods

Like title says, and sorry if this is wrong section not sure where to post it.

Im looking for a build that can do any map mod and atziri/uber with good clear speed.

I have about a 300-450 ish ex budget. Wide range because i havent traded all my old gear yet and not sure how much im going to get as i havent played in a bit. Would prefer if it was a build on marauder or scion but can be any race.

If anyone could help and direct me to the topic of such a build or a youtube link i would appreciate it.

Upon reading Neph's reply, a build that can do any map mod, and has to change some gear/gems whatever it may be for uber is fine as well, mostly looking for a build that can do any map mod.

There is no build that can do every possible variation of map mod AND uber.

The issue is stacking things like no leech and no regen or -max/vuln + dual reflect.

Most people will say coc discharge. Built as a trickster you won't even need more than 40 exalts to steamroll the game, ubers included.

OP no such thing. all builds fail to a combo of mods. many build can do any single mod.

I have a CoC Voltaxic build that does all chaos. It's seems like it can do just about any map mod. I don't think it will do Uber though. It's not that expensive either. I have no reflect issues and I don't require any auras for blood magic mods. I leech enough from my damage a zero regen map shouldn't be an issue. I'm currently lvl 85 in PHC.

Best is to type "uber" into search of character threads and see what builds come up.

I'm currently running Scion Explosive Arrow and it's going great. People have done uber with it. Only thing it struggles with a little is reflect... But the majority of builds do.

If you want to try a not really extreme build i think an essence drain build is just ok. Doesn't trivialize the game at all, but it works good without great investments.

Maybe go for some sort of max block build, since I don't think there are any map mods which negate block or reduce block chance.

I dont mind if the build cant do uber as long as it can do all map mods or most map mods i should say, if it cant do BM thats fine as long as it can hand reflects and everything else. Not really looking to play a coc character as i already have a well geared one willing to play anything else though and on any race.
