You can easily play without it. I`d say Rumi is the only required unique flask for this build, Vinktars is also nice but u need to buy the one that converts 20% phys to lightning and they are quite expensive, so buy Rumi`s first and then grind maps like crazy, eventually u will get other flasks.

its fine even without!,
the only time ive noticed the importance of hate flask was when i was trying to tank uber lab, my pots were out and without fortify, but its rare situation, for most situations this build can face tank without caring too much.

i think u are right, but for the overall dps it increases owr dps by far,
u can try other combinations and share with us if u find any better, ive tried but failed to :<, seems like its the best gem,
maybe for higher crit rate then the usuall, slotting inc multi or some other gem may benefit more, who knows..

Taste of hate is greedy. Very much a luxury item and you don't need it at all. The strength of ToH is that it gives both offense and defense, but the thing is you don't really need damage (and if you do you should look elsewhere first) and a Basalt is better defensively. ToH is NICE but not necessary.

What you want is a Vessel of Vinktar asap, but I believe you don't NEED a phys conversion one. Any of the other rolls can carry you until you can afford the good one. I have tested this in some alch-and-go maps (Plateau, Precinct, Arid Lake) and it's been fine so far.

Here's me doing a precinct (T11) on a 2L level 13 BV with the "lightning damage to spells" Vinktar as well as self rolled blue flasks. I also removed all the expensive uniques and just equipped the first rare items I found:

Keep in mind I have all ascendancy points assigned and I'm fairly high level (93). I also can't attest to how this works in the long run and in harder content and whatnot BUT the point is that you can probably start running this build earlier and cheaper than atleast what I thought when I started out, and easily make currency towards the expensive flasks.

Hey there again, I just wanted to ask about your thoughts of the build compared to the Blade Vortex 75/75 block build cybils paw (by Wille).

I understand you guys have similar builds but I still commend you both for your hard work on the guides. How do you feel about dual cybil's paw set up, plus a passive tree veering away from the extra AoE by the Templar node.

Hey doing a similar CI build on prohecy hardcore. Im running haste aura with increased crit strikes with diamond to help with flasks. Any ways nice build. Edit:grammar

did the new patch (performance improvement beta test) improve your performance? i still experience some terrible lag, especially with mobs inside allies cannot die aura.

There's so many pages here, is there any reason not to use Rainbowstride's in the build? I've had pretty good success with 5.5k hp / 900ES / 1577 mana with this build using rainbowstrides.,. just wondering if I wouldn't be better with a different set of boots?
