I play this as Juggernaut aswell but I don't see the need of more dmg.
17k unbuffed is ~ 26k buffed without flasks?

Would you mind front-paging your post on Less Duration and EQ Aftershock? I remember seeing a post like "How i got EQ's aftershock down to .25 seconds" or something like that, but i cant find it anymore :(

Also a question on reflect, i cant handle it at all. Automatic chaos the map if either Phys or Ele reflect is present.

What do i do to sustain it? Ive tried getting 7 end charges and using Basalt and Lions Roar and getting Fortify up prior to engaging any pack but i still fall over.

The only thing i can think is that i just have a low life pool and dont have enough to take the hit and able to leech it back.

Im running just over 5k at level 80 (finishing my hp cluster and still need Kaoms and totally finished gear). I run about 42k-50k dps at peak maintain, with over 150% resist and 5.6k armor, but i just flat out rip to reflect.

Heres my passives so far:

Hit lvl 90 and most of the gear is completed (still going to buy two jewels, lion's roar, get 20%q on gems and try to get EQ enhancement helmet). Aiming for lvl 92 to get the bleeding nodes. (52k tooltip for now). Also gotta squeeze in more int somehow to lvl up inc aoe gem.

I agree on phys and ele reflect. It's a no-no for now, but all other map mods are more or less easy to deal with and damage feels nice in T10+ maps.

By taking Unflitching and Unrelenting i'm currently with 8 Endurance Charges all the time, getting around 70% permanent phys dmg reduction. With the basalt flask i'm easily on the 90%, and that's basicly what i've been doing...

My doubt is, shouldn't i be using IC? I tried it and i'm almost permanently imune to Phys Dmg... Theres like a half second, 1 second tops where i get some damage... Just saw a video on youtube saying it should be like this, but didn't really pay attention, and now i can't find it... Tell me if 'm missing something plz... Also leaving my gear.

The post ur refering to wasnt from me.
But if I remember correctly it was having the 30% reduced EQ duration on ur helmed, a 20/20 less duration gem, warped time piece and rapid decay gem (which only makes sense when going for poison EQ, but since void heart does that... i might consider getting one after prophecy is over).

About phys. reflect: dont run phys reflect maps! they instakill you.
When running ele reflect maps just turn off ele auras or swap added fire and wed for fortify and another red non elemental gem of ur own choice.

since this build does have a fuckton of hp and alot end charges i dont think IC is nessesary at all. also keep in mind we dont have too many slots since we're using kaoms.
you could do belly and then run an IC setup if you really want it tho.

gear is looking decend, make sure to look for high flat phys on both rings and amulet and get a rustic sash with high life, res and pref. high weapon ele. as well if u can afford it. :)

Ancestral Warchief seams fairly good since it grants MORE dmg. to you while its up + deals ok dmg.
Ancestral Warchief + FA + MPD + AF + WED + AoE/Conc. seams good.

No, I havent really been playing PoE much in the last months aside from doing some testing for updating this build. :)

But since this build is able to deal with maps up to t15 uber lab shouldnt be an issue at all.

One of, if not THE, strongest builds to do end-game Labyrinth with, especially if you opt for Juggernaut . You can facetank Izaro even if he's got full charges rather easily (just make sure your HP pool is about 7K+).

Can someone maybe suggest 4 link 2nd curse on hit option and would there be any benefit of using such?Currently using a warchief totem like suggested. I am at level 67 with 5.3k life and 17.9 unbuffed dmg with a 5-link hezmana's axe and a belly of the beast as a chest piece and must say i am loving this build so much and just wanted to say big thanks for the awesome guide.
