How can a Stash tab ever be considered as pay2win?

That sounds like someone completely oblivious to the reality of the world. Unless you're living in VERY few countries, 10$ is actually quite a lot - that's why you see "bitching" about prices near every game ever released. If you asked average Brit to live for 200 pounds a month he would tell you it's impossible, but dramatic majority of the world have to and no amount of "actually working" will change that.

Tough luck that PoE is produced in a first world country with first world salaries and life costs right? This same people complains to game companies who release games costing >50 USD?

The REALITY here is that video games are luxury goods produced mostly by first world citizens for first world citizens. Hopefully those countries some day will be lifted to first world standards. Meanwhile if PoE wants to remain existent those prices will stay. Or are you expecting GGG employees to dump their salaries too so you can afford cheaper prices?

Or you know... start your own game company in on of those countries and produce a video games that is cheap and competitive. Good luck with that.

Question: Since i play perandus league atm, the currency tab i got there, when this tab moves to Std will it be remove only there, and the currency tab i got in std already it will be the normal one? or how does it work?

I'm reffering solely to attitude of "better start working". Living in UK I can afford new top of the line GPU or PS4 every month if I so desire. Some less lucky person born in Southern or Eastern Europe (or in Spain), South America or majority of Asia and Africa will have to save for entire year to afford it and not end up living under the bridge/starving. And they probably work twice as hard as I do at the same job for 5-10 times less. Complaining about people that complain about prices is like some kind of master race syndrome.
