How does my set up look so far? Should I change anything? For some reason I can't get max sustain with righteous fire and purity of fire. Do I need more fire resist on my guy?

Purchase a lvl20 PoF and you're good to go. Keep in mind to grab all the Lifereg notes on the passive tree as well.
