I'm going to play this build, thank you for making it, but I have a question: what about rampart? Is it a viable option and why didn't you take it?

" sorry for the late reply you probably stopped checking by now. but yes rampart is viable i just chose not to take it. figured 4 life nodes would prove to be more effective in the long run especially when using kaoms because of all the flat life it provides. if anything i would swap executioner for it. rampart gives 15% increased effect of fortify. if im right in saying fortify is 20% damage mitigation. so that 15% would only give you about 3% more mitigation which isnt really a huge amount. and then the 20% increased armour would depend on how much you have before the node ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽_▄︻̷̿┻̿═━一 ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ Last edited by Jonny on Mar 21, 2016, 10:41:52 AM

" I didn't stop, thank you. I'm 86 in HC perandus right now, using 5l Marohi and belly of the beast. Stats are similiar to yours, but a bit less, which is to be expected. To this point, playing it was a blast, but i haven't gone further T10 maps I guess I'll try respecing into rampart and seeing what it'd do. | |

Would you use Atziri's Axe instead? I mean, you're suppose to be stacking huge damage right? So, wouldn't it make more sense to use the Atziri's Axe since it has a solid 600pdps?

" you're right. disfavour is a great option but i prefer marohi because it allows for me to use conc effect without losing too much area. and besides that disfavour is like 3x the cost as a 6l so its a little but out of my price range at the moment ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽_▄︻̷̿┻̿═━一 ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ

How do you mitigate damage except the 8.8k life buffer?

" I'm around 8000 hp right now and survive most of the damage just fine with perma fortify, but I sometimes have to rely on end. cry, taste of hate (optional, got it fairly recently) and occasional use of basalt flask. Life leech allows me to face-tank non-oneshotable damage just fine. But I haven't gotten higher than T13 maps for now. I survive most of damage mods on maps just fine, but, of course, you have to be careful. | |
