I dont know, its that good what i am thinking? Should i craft multiple mods and craft speel damage + speed attack ?
And another question should i use this boots with this frenzy ?

Or better sell it ?

You can use that Dagger for sure but you shouldn't multimod otherwise it would have 3 suffixes meaning you can't craft attackspeed on it.
For the Boots go ahead and try run Bloodrage.
Maybe you find that playstyle appealing but in higher end maps I find it rather annoying since you probably don't want to use it in vulnerabilty maps or have to take out the gem to disable it. In lower maps with not as good gear I could see myself running Bloodrage for the extra damage but even without you're clearing faster than you can imagine.
I myself run a Vaal Haste that I'm using throughout the map to help me clear faster but that's again my preference.

Anyways I've tried out some different flask now and find at least for my playstyle these to be the best:

The first 5 are my main ones.
Basalt obviously already grants 29% Physical Mitigation and 39% Movement Speed.
Silver Flask is for Onslought which even though it's not affected by Flask Effectiveness
I find the 20% Movement Speed and Attack Speed really valueable but still just my preference.

For the other two below they are for rare occasions. Like swapping the Basalt Flasks with each other for bosses like Dominus or Malachai with high amounts of Physicial Damage it brings me from 61% to 81% Physicaly Mitigation
Or my Silver with the Bismuth for Elemental Weakness Maps and high Elemental Damage mods.

But my conclusion is you can pretty much run whatever Flak setup you want.
The only restriction you have is: Using a Rumi's, Vessel, Daimond Flask, any Flask with Shock removal and any Flask with Freeze removal.

If you wanna try some real weird stuff gp Low Life use Rise of the Phoenix with a Ruby's and Increased Effect rolled on it. Run Purity of Fire and you can reach 97% Fire Resistance and can run Righteous Fire coupled with Pain Attunement.
There seems to be almost endless option what direction you can go.

Im doing the exact same as you with the flask, having onnslaught, resistance and basalt flaks for my last spot depending on the map mods :)
Currently running this build in perandus HC. This is a great build, BF + BV CoC is amazing for AoE but especially single target. It has the most consistent single target DPS ive experienced out of all the CoC builds I've played.

Skyforth makes it better for survivability, I drop assassins mark blasphemy for warlord's mark blasphemy for free leech and endurance charges. At most I can get a 1.7 second immortal call.

I am contemplating whether or not I should drop the freeze flask in favour for a warding flask. What do you guys think?

Or would it be viable to drop the atziri flask in favour for a warding flask?

running vinktar's with warlord's mark is not neccesary,i'm running the same setup and leech in conjunction with atziri's promise is strong enough that i instaleech it back even after a big hit

atziri flask is imo too huge of a dps boost to ever be dropped, with all the increased flask effect you get it gives a 36% multiplier to your damage while also providing a quite susbtantial leech

Freezing is one of the major things i fear when playing CI, during some of my Core map runs Malachai can freeze me up to 5 seconds with his tentacles, and often curses arent too dangerous when cast by exiles or other mobs, the primary problem is the tormented spirit with the silencing curse.

If u really want the warding flask then I indeed think its best to drop atziri, trading some dmg for survivablity in that sense :)

I've actually linked the Ruby Flask incorrectly I've been using this one instead which is what makes me clear a whole lot faster.

But yeah nothing is set I have like 8 different Flask I can swap around at this time now

Yea atziri's promise is very valuable dps flask, but depending on what content you are running it should be possible to change it for something else, but its up to the individual person to balance their health/block/dps in order to achieve the best feeling. but there is many variations to the build :)
Here's my gear now:

Spoiler

I'm sitting at 8.2k ES at level 89.

Anything to improve on? I have enough to multimod my dagger if it's worth it.
Looking to start this build as my next character, and I am about 900 Chroms into my Vaal Regalia...

I finally landed on a 4G1B1R... is there anything I can do with this base or should I keep spamming for 4G2B?
I do everything like you but im still very weak.Blade fall only has 4k dmg.And this build cannot do lab anymore, only ES will die in a sec @@.
