Rejoice, guys! With the coming fixed Desecrate, we can raise max level spectres from any monster, and from Chris' explanation, it seems some monsters are actually different ones from maps so I suppose there may be broken ones for map level ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Had to re-read it a couple times.

So basically we can completely forget about map types and all that, since we can explicitly summon any monster that is currently a spectre.

This is quite a big buff, since it means maps that could not possibly spawn a corpse previously now can. That simplifies things considerably for us. All you need is the initial spawn locations, run any max tier map then your set to go :)

Keep it, since its beyond rare to roll that. I would say it has to be a melee spectre, or use it for zombies. RS + Empower + 4x melee supports, theres enough variety to make it work with the new additions.

Some of the melee spectres, while not optimal are a lot of fun to play with. Those skeleton towers i think are mostly/all melee oriented?
Tried Kitava's Heralds today. They're pretty easy to find (random T14). I used the links in the guide.

Their clear speed is ok but they need constant direction otherwise they lag behind you and take their time before attacking things. Their stomp attack is by far their best and they use it a lot.

Single target is mediocre. I did a Hydra, went in, died and just left them there for 20 min. Eventually they killed it. They're incredibly tanky and didn't have any trouble despite not having any of my auras to help them. But the Hydra moves around and they didn't bother following. They just attacked when it was close which is why it took so long. It's fun though to see them take a full Hydra barrage in the face and not lose more than 5% of their health (which they quickly leech back).

AoE lightning "tank" minions, any suggestions? Specifically, I'm looking at testing out Malachai's Artifice, with lightning spectres.

It's interesting, in that it lets my minion cause a lesser EE effect, but the cost is that I don't get to support it with anything other than jewels and the passive tree. So, something on the tankier side would be nice, that casts AoE lightnings around the place. (I don't care about their damage, but the less they die the happier I will be.)

I'm considering a spectre build for the 10 day events. What specters have the fastest clearing? SG, Flame Sent or Frost Sent? Would the tree be the same for them?
hello,
i got a question regarding flasks:

A healing flask with: Grants XX% Life Recovery to Minions.

Does it run until i am full and then stops as usual or does it continue to run, if my minions are not full life ?
I'm here thinking:

Towering Figment + Ruthless + Minon dmg + Melee Physical + Melee Physical on Full life + something else

and

Raging Spirits + Maim + Knockback + Spell Echo

Dude, this will kill the bosses really fast...

...Towering Figment can't desecrate...
