socket colours

If you're investing 100+ orbs into something like that, odds on the sockets you want are significantly improved. I'd like less probability on chests/2-handed weapons to get white sockets due to strength of it, but would have to consider whether or not having that degree of flexibility is that powerful, otherwise just make probability the same or higher.
