since the tree doesnt get much evasion%, your not losing much by gearing for the colors you need. i have ar/es boots and gloves, which allows me to work cwdt+imm. call, increased duration and vaal lightning trap on. a couple hundred evasion loss doesnt amount to much.

But i have same question as many before me, how the hell do u get that much dps ? :D
Currently i get as much as 19k w/o auras/charges. With gems / perfect Dagg's/ better jewels/ trap mod on belt i might add like few more K's..but thats all ;) And i tried socketing Conc effect which only offered me a mere 2k boost.

If you see UBER vid, at 0.12 secs you can see that with Anger and Heral of Ice that guy has 25K :-) and can beat UBER. So min dps would be about 23-25K, and about 5K life if you want to deal with Uber Spear.

Hey guys, after skimming through 30 pages of this thread, it seems that survivability is one of the biggest problems everybody is facing. I am only level 62 and was looking to start gearing myself although I'm not too sure on my gem set up.
6L: Ice trap - cluster - trap n mine - controlled des - ele focus - void manip
4L: CWDT - Immortal call - inc dur - phase run (3 red 1 green)
4L: Blasphemy - enfeeble - enlighten - clarity (4 blues)
4L: Vaal lightning trap - vaal grace - inc dur - gmp
3L: stone golem - minion life - minion res
3L: whirling blades - faster attacks - fortify
Given that our build is focused around evasion and dodge, I am not too sure how I will be able to find an evasion helm and glove that would allow me to get 4B and 3R1G. I would probably have to find an armour+evasion glove or helm and an ES+evasion glove or helm which would give us lower evasion compared to wearing a glove/helm that gives full evasion.
I am either thinking I have to take a lower evasion or switch up my gem set up. Thoughts?
You shouldn't use phase run, your dmg will be a lot worse (frenzy charges consumed all the time) and you don't need it to survive (use a quartz flask with increased evation instead). You also don't need ID with CWDT + IC, so that way on can put the CWDT and Blasphemy setup on your boots and can have full evasion gear like mine (I have 5.5k evasion).
