Having to leap slam onto anything i want to curse with enfeeble sounds tiring and inefficient. It also sounds dangerous for something like core malachi or atziri

Currently I'm running a very similar setup on PHC. The character's idea was similar to OP's, that is using something more exciting (crit staff) for new melee skills instead of marohi RT build.
I knew I had to use abyssus therefore I went with juggernaut's Unbreakable instead of Unrelenting, also using determination and herald of ash instead of blasphemy. Currently using this chest piece, with determination I have 19k armor and with Lion's roar it goes up to 30k. Even then reflect with earthquake seems unbearable unless I'm at 8 endurance charges and flasks popped. What I figured is to use sunder with multistrike. I can even attempt phys reflect maps if I manage my endurance charges and play carefully. My 5 link HS sits at 75k dps in hideout and sunder at 36k (earthquake is about 37k). With all charges and flasks up HS goes to 200k and sunder up to 100k. Funny thing is that using heavy strike against reflect rares hurts less than earthquake's crit aftershock (with 4 power charges I'm at 81% crit). Even though sunder is safer in HC environment, I still would like to use earthquake because its more fun and then I wouldn't need heavy strike and could use something like curse on hit with leapslam. I wonder if switching quicksilver with basalt and getting more armor on gear and tree would solve this problem? Also Is having kaom's heart really that much better than Unbreakable + high armor chest? I can't see myself dropping abyssus because it basically doubles my damage. you gain perma fortify and you lose - 1000 accuracy (huge dps loss)
also lose 1 extra end charge so your immortal calls dont last as long and 8% extra ele resistance. and a bit more damage, like 45% inc from end charges |

i used CWDT lvl 20 because i have 8000 health, and while i have 8 endurance charges up i get 48% increased damage, 8% reduced elemental damage and 32% dmg reduction.
so basically the only time i need immortal call to go off is if i take a hit for more than 3k. this also means i can have lvl 20 immortal call so they last 5-6 seconds Last edited by scott4040#6381 on Apr 30, 2016, 10:12:27 PM

I am trying to figure out how much DEX to aim for (particularly how high to lvl Blood Rage/Vaal haste). Sitting on 128 DEX with 20 coming from my current amulet and 40 from a ring. Only lvl 72 but I wont gain any more DEX from the tree. What value of DEX are you aiming for? Thanks for investing so much time into this guide!

Reduced % eq duration enchant is really hard to get and I don't intend to farm labyrinth for it. Does the build perform good without that enchant?
