Not really, the build relies on using the 100% block to spell block Ascendancy node to get spell block. If you wanted to use Champion you would have to use Rainbowstride and Stone of Lazwhar which would lower your spellblock considerably - not to mention you wouldn't be able to cap your block chance at 78%. Also, you would be losing armor and mana sustain from The Anvil, and life and resists on your boots.

Champion doesn't really seem to add anything to the build, because movespeed doesn't matter and you can put Fortify on Whirling Blades and have 100% uptime anyway.

I haven't personally tried it on Hardcore, but I don't see why not. Just make sure to Whirl away from telegraphed attacks, and keep a staunching flask handy for Corrupted Blood. Otherwise, the tanky setup and LGOH + Double Strike will have you live through pretty much anything.

Several questions:

1. Which flasks do you use?
2. At what level do you prefer your CWDT, since damage reduction is quite high?
3. Which unique body armor would fit best with the guide in your opinion? I personally decided to try with Death's Oath, and with Chaos Res of at least 25% it seems quite nice.

Do you thing this build will work with any other weapon for next league?
