[2.3] Blade Vortex Perma Flask 626k dps, 10.5k EHP, and 75/75 block/spell block (With videoes)

This is my CI version of this build which I found to be more reliable and smooth than the dual wielding cybils, for people who want to try this and don't have to get the claws.
With Rumi's and Tempest shield I have 71/75 block, 8.7k ES with Discipline.
Buffed dps 38k with AoE / 60.7k with Conc.



I've had a ton of fun with this version, by far my favourite of all the BV that i've played. Thanks, @OP. Hope it's not destroyed in 2.5 :).

The character is liquidBV. The reason I have 3 movement speed links is because I I used WB+Flame dash until now (for jumps over ramps) but recently I switched WB with Shield Charge and I haven't removed it from the setup just yet. I only play the character occasionally now for rip maps or lab/if i want to attempt shaper (so far i failed twice due to me messing up the mechanics).

My first encounter with Hydra on a pretty rippy map, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFngDLVy9rA fight starts at 5:20. Usually they go much smoother than that :) and at the time I didn't really use MS flask. Also I need a better/faster dagger.
