Labyrinth Traps Mitigation

I just finished the normal difficulty, and decide to do the Labyrinth at level 44.

CI build, with High ES(3900 at lvl 44) and regen (though for now I only have 2% of regen, I still didn't get the main nodes of regen)

I thought the Labyrinth would be easy because it's an area level 33, but I couldn't be more wrong, in the first few traps i have realized the insane damage. Then I search the forum and found that the damage is based on the % of life/es (little unfair to ES builds because we have no potions, but ok i'm not here to complain).

Playing with patience, care and using flame dash, I managed to reach the final stage of Izaro. The other two fights with him was pretty easy, I thought this would also be. But upon entering the room already I noticed a big difference, traps in the room, but I thought, no problem, I will stand where it has no traps and tanking him, I can tanking Izaro easily. But he suddenly teleports me in the middle of a lot of traps and I die in 1 second.

At the time I was angry, but then I was grateful to not be playing hardcore that league (usually I play on hardcore)

Then I go back into the Labyrinth and see that all progress was lost. I have not read much about the expansion before the launch, so for me it's almost all new.

"Shit I'll have to do this Labyrinth maze again."

Yes I hated the Labyrinth , very large, time-consuming, traps has ridiculous damage, I think it does not match this type of game, poe is not a puzzle game is not a platform game, is not a Mario game you have to dodge the things. Also you lose all progress if you die, disconnect etc.

But again I'm not here to complain, I liked many things in this expansion, like the league also and I think in general GGG did a great job.

What I want to know it is:
Is there any way to mitigate the damage of the traps?
I Know CWDT + Immortal Call + molten shell will work.
But armor, endurance charges, chaos golem, and other sources of phys mitigation works? Anybody know?

I'm sorry for bad English is not my native language, I'm still learning.

The Necromancer ascendancy is not to be used on the forums.

Here's your answer: learn Izaro's mechanics.

If he has a green circle around him -> run out of it or he will teleport you into the nearby traps.

Aside from that, take your time with trap-gauntlets.
If you cannot absorb their damage, learn / look at their patterns and avoid their damage as best you can (you can pass every trap gauntlet without taking any damage in theory).

It's not rocket science, all you need is some patience - if one cannot muster that, then it's questionable if he or she deserves to "ascend" in the first place ;-).

how to mitigate traps? avoid them. it is the easiest and safest and most skill-based option available

you can time them, avoid them, bypass them or bruteforce them. ES takes LESS damage than life so you should never die from one hit/trap

end charges and basalt flask also help. same does the 'bleed avoidance' as most of the traps inflict bleeding on you

glass cannon CI characters usually have 0 phys reduction and as they use mostly utility/unique flasks can have bleed mitigation missing

izaro? just do not let him teleport you..
I do lab at 65-70. Knock out all the two trials for normal and cruel then i do Normal and Cruel back to back. Very easy then like trivial. Then I do merc right after that because I'm more powerful. Then I start mapping. Cant do last one without mapping. Anyway takes me like 45 min to wrap up first 6 ascendancy pts.

Lab sucks, make it painless and fast as possible. Do trials and Lab way over level.
Git R Dun!

Have fun tanking Merc Vaal, Dominus and Malachai Slam since you do not need to dodge those.

And armour helps a lot about some traps, it makes a big difference for :
- spike traps
- darts
- the huge saw that just fall down on you brutally ( no idea how to call those )

Evasion helps against what ..... darts .... and that's it.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
