A few waypoints in the Labyrinth?
For those of us suffering from concussion damage & 25 years of various flooring adhesives? Also for those struggling to make enough time for that really long no break area.
It won't make it any easier, just less time consuming. And less impossible for those of us suffering from memory issues due to age, injury, etc. Another idea could be maybe a clear indication on the mini-map of the correct path once a player has successfully found the way? With all of the dead ends, it's certainly tough to remember it all. It really wouldn't make it easier mechanically, as the player would still need to navigate the traps. Or, It could be split into 2 or 3 separate mazes. So a player could do one leg and return for the others. I'm probably the only one with this trouble. I can't even race properly because I can't learn and remember map layouts. Signed, Forever Lost lol (grant) ps: I know no one cares. And yes, you can have my stuff. You're not the only old fart on here with solvent damage to his brain.
But GGG doesn't count us as their target audience. Until now we've been eating the crumbs off the uber-elite no-lifes table, and didn't even notice it was just crumbs, because we were having lots of fun. Now... the line of seals shows itself. (line of seals in French translates to "Phoque queue") Quoting Saltychipmunk:
...I look at the new act 5 boss where you have to hide behind the statues to survive the bullet hell and all I can think is... how the fuck are zombies going to survive that? They don't know what hiding is... they don't know what dodging is... they are morons. |

Waypoints would fix it. With waypoints and/or checkpoints it would turn into standard frustration level poe content we all love so much.

Even a waypoint at each spot you can access your stash prior to Izaro would be a massive improvement imo.
Having just done norm and cruel laby back to back in perm league can confirm waaaay too long. We tested it extensively Last edited by Icholas#7287 on Mar 5, 2016, 4:03:13 PM

If it were only one thing; Just a bad memory but endless time to play = no problem. OR an uninjured memory and limited time to play, also no problem.
Buggered memory AND limited play time = the end of the line. |
