2.2 Necromancer Summoner Aura Build - New Player + Beginner Friendly (WIP)

Unless the 'added spell damage' on my minions is adding damage to their spells.. That could be how it works but it's increasing their overall dps so.. I don't really know. It's confusing.

That is most definitely a tool tip bug. Minions are only affected by minion related stats or support gems linked to them nothing else. Trust me on this.

They really need more detail in the offence tabs for minions. Anyway, I'll adjust my items when I get a chance and see what difference it makes.

I know that lightning damage is associated with shock, but without an inherent chance to shock and no crit, shock won't be applied. (minions do not benefit from your passives unless stated). Wrath is a good bit of lightning damage, but wouldn't hatred work better, since enemies can be chilled by just cold damage?

Terrible build. You say you're using srs but yet get almost ZERO of the increase casting nodes, and saying this is a summoner without getting many of the minion nodes makes it worse.

This would be a better tree



And you would use HASTE to speed all minions up more.......

Your tree is a completely different build
I'm not sure how experienced you are with a summoner, but your tree is really questionable...
I would even go as far as to that your tree is just downright awful

The tree that op posted is actually pretty solid, the minion nodes that aren't picked up are the ones that aren't that desirable. (don't grab every cluster, and don't grab all the nodes in each cluster)

Haste is a very questionable aura to run, I don't know how good it is, and it feels very misleading.

It's a unique build, and could probably do well in higher maps if you do some adjustments to the links and gear

i would personally grab all those easily accessable es nodes and grab whispers of doom for that double curse. if possible grab a deodres ring or something to get a 3rd curse running. if you grab queen's decree then you wont need those increased duration nodes. i wouldnt use srs because you already have skeletons and there is just too much to keep up with by adding it. also instead of running generosity on its own, try using the body armor, victarios influence. it will give you generosity automatically without having to add the gem. also it adds 25% reduced mana reserved. this is my tree
