Incident Report On Full Realm Crashes

Much love for the info and updates GGG, do what you guys need to do to keep things going smoothly. I'm sure no one's worried if realm needs to restart few more times to get back to our typical stability.

I could estimate the situation from the messages in-game, login screen and the patcher, that something between machines had been failing so that I could expect incoming incidents and fixes.

The new patch for the game itself, I see some noticeable changes like the moonlight misty Docks, re-tunes for the early progression following the changes in previous updates. That's also a great pleasure to play in the new release. Great work !

For crashes that lasted a few minutes :o.
You always do a great job about it, so GG, GGG.
well, for all the long time poeple those crashes should be no reason for anger or anything, we know you guys are amazing at what you do and you seemed to have handled it quite well. I myself witnessed only the last crash, when the fix was almost immediately, so no complains at all... however it's sad for newer players that just start the game and then these crashes occur. but with a little bit of patience that should have almost no harm, since the game is insanely great with ascendancy now, even if merciless izaro knows how to one shot it is so much fun!

Wow, you posted a root cause analysis summary to the public and took responsibility for the instability; this seems pretty incredible to me. Not just for a game company, but for any company to be this transparent and to take ownership over a technical issue like this is amazing. I think that this shows that GGG really does respect their customers.
Gotta say much love GGG for these updates and telling us why it failed, now thats what i call professional unlike most dev's that come up with excuses, glad to see you are this passionate about your game and I'm proud to be playing your game because of this, and this wonderful community, keep up the good work :)

I would like to say something here, but, well, I have no words, really.
The responses before say everything I would say.
There is no dark, it's just absence of light.
This is the most I can ask for from a company in this situation: reasonable transparency.
