Couldn't use divine font?

Same problem. Do not see the final boss and the skull is greyed out already.
Other seems working

Same thing happened to me I couldn't click on the skull. And on top of that, I couldn't ascend. I kept picking my class but nothing happened. Quite frustrating.

No, I was playing solo the entire time since I logged into the game. I killed the boss, looted the treasure key and made my way to treasure room, and looted one of the chests. Clicked on the divine font but couldn't click on the skull. I couldn't ascend either after choosing a class.
