Hey,

just to put things in perspective. You can play most builds with any amount of currency. It is solely up to what you want to achieve with it.

I'm using this build with a self found character. It isn't as strong as let's say totems or caster builds, but I just love me some arrows ;)

That being said, if you want to easily clear mid tier maps, I'd say you can do it with less than 1 ex spent. You just need ok'ish life/res rolled rares and a decent bow.
The bow will probably be the most expensive, although you can go quite far with a ±300 pdps, which is affordable.

With Perandus coins and Cadiro introduced to the game, it's even easier to run this build on a budget.

Cadiro sold me Maligaros for 300 coins yesterday on my self found ranger. Just sayin...

Well, next to a decently high evasion you also have a somewhat large life pool with this build (4-5k). That being said, even with both mentioned ways of mitigation you can find yourself being one shot in high tier maps.

LNB suggests using a Lightning Coil to compensate for high physical damage spikes. This thing used to be quite expensive, but it's rather affordable in Perandus.

im at 4.4k life atm, which is okay but not great either...
I still take quite high hits from certain mobs and dont really feel save when im mapping :/

what items would you suggest me to upgrade ?
Do you think that wrath is a better aura than hatred ?

my amulet kinda sucks but i need the stats on it :(
the rare ring provides me insane dps, but no life whic his also a shame
