WackdinOfFire PVP Build [Tempest]

This is an old build during tempest league.I was able to beat almost anyone in that temp league (ShiroHige: Chaos stormer eventually 50/50 me). Yes, I farmed temp league EA w/ this build. Someone asked me to post the build for whatever is left. If care or not here it is

The fake regen:

I say its fake regen because people would often say "man u have so much regen" but really I rely on like 4% life regen and 300 mana regen with MoM. So its kind of fake. Hard counter would be anything that degens me (chaos or fire), but then I can swap chaos gears or Ashrend (*Wink Wink* TexasIsFucked).

Playstyle:

Spam firestorm, swap stun gem for damage gem to stun people w/ firestorm so they can't move out. Use phase run to counter temp chain and frostwall since we can't use whriling blade w/ Pledge.
