Path of Exile 2.2.0: Ascendancy Patch Notes
" Rekt indeed. (although the fact that you are happy about someones loss shows something about you) :P I also find it funny that they just made a league about corrupted talismans, then right after league they wreck them. Last edited by Arno92#4533 on Mar 3, 2016, 12:06:05 AM

the hype is off the charts

" Phew, thanks! I would waste time reading the Quest Goal and map mods each time. |
|
"Care about wording much, eh? It is because of people like you we have this ridiculous changes to crit multi! :P And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

Wait a freaking minute, GGG! You just "change wording" on the crit mods to "better reflect" what they actually do, and you don't even intend to re-balance them, but the players have to pay Divine Orbs to manually adjust their items to the new values?! WTF?
!! BULLSHIT ALERT !! Why do the players have to pay? If you intend the functionality to stay roughly the same - then YOU should automatically adjust all items to the new values. And what the hell are the owners of corrupted and mirrored items supposed to do? |

"Well but it is obvious - they are supposed to git gud and farm moar orbz to buy new shiny items. And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

@GGG -- This is beyond ridiculous.
Ruining hard earned gear from players who've played for years and have traded, crafted and sought out the best items in the game. For what? A balance mechanic that is designed specifically to target the source of dps that became top tier? Trashing corrupted items, daring players to mirror, to corrupt and when they hit it rewarding them. Now destroying all of that -- forcing the re-mirror. Are you kidding me? How many mirrors have dropped for you? Top tier gear going for ~450ex in the mirror process, now is going to be rerolled into the new crit tiers and FORCES THE RE-MIRROR for people with the old version. Think about that, you create a game where the item that generates the best return for the player doesn't even drop for 99.9% of them. And those who traded their way into their possession, you straight up destroy the value and use. What's this about? Oh yea that dope mirrored amulet that the players from BETA created (yea that's what legacy means, you've been playing since the start so you still have the gear) -- it's trashed. Trash standard, trash the best gear in the game. -------------------------------- Yep. Completely agree. Combine that with Eternals being wiped out and the adjustments in drop rate and it almost seems like GGG is trying to kill standard. Sure says alot about how they view standard in general, which is to say they really don't care that much at all. Frankly I like to work on a toon for longer then 3 months but it looks like I'm SOL. GGG is showing you what they prefer you play. Vote with your checkbook, find a new game man. Only thing to do Last edited by Hendo104#2059 on Mar 3, 2016, 12:07:22 AM

But srsly, this is ridiculous. I can't remember any patch that made legacy items WORSE than new versions. If there was such a change please post it here, I'd like to know about it.

" im pretty sure rat's nest was 40% crit chance and got buffed to 75% Never forget - "With dexterous feet and steady eye, stones and arrows pass you by"

" yup, brutal hit to people paying top exalts and spending so much time on mirrored items and legacy crit. that's why they allow legacy in the first place --> people don't like their hard earned items getting nerfed. |
