You may want to check out the Known Issue Deutsche Telekom thread in which GGG acknowledged this very issue 6 months ago.
This might also help explaining why the hop from Deutsche Telekom to Teila is always fucked up every evening.

I suppose this won't go away until GGG pays Teila/Telekom/whomever for prioritising their traffic. For now, nobody feels responsible. Both our ISPs and GGG claim that the problem is outside of their control.

This is me 5 minutes ago and every evening:


As you can see in the following pastebin, my connection goes to shit as soon as Teila/networklayer appears, both in terms of avg. ping and packet loss. It has been like that for the past 6 months and probably for all who get routed along similar routes during peak hours.

same problem here with Kabel Deutschland! I hope GGG can fix it fast, its unplayable.
