My gear is almost the same (and yeah, it works well even without shav+1)

Hey, are you going to include a budget league starting version of the build in ur new thread? I hear that spectres are so good u can even do red maps with just a 4link, seems like OP for a league starter. I heared it from a friend what mostly start as Necro Life/Es Hybrid with Vis Mortis and so and im curious how much truth is in that, i was planning to go Necro as 3.0 starter but would like to hear more from a more experienced person.
