2.6 Renewed Leary's Auramancer (Spectre, AW etc)(Great flexibility, Shaper farming!)

Yesterday I switched to BV spectres and really loving them. The only thing that bothers me is that I never realized how rare the 'demonic' mod is. I pmed 20+ people to get 2 maps, tried to roll me map with 80+ alts, and no success (they have lowest weight 150 same as for example goatmen, yet I see goatmen much more frequently than demonic).

With my need to restart game about once an hour, I don't think I am able to sustain spectres :). For now I am trying to run maps that let you raise BV spectres once you have them, so I can re-enter after relog, such as Bazaar, Arsenal, Promenade, Overgrown Shrine, but those are not really maps I like (I noticed maps need to have some sort of man-made floor, they cannot be outdoors, I was not successful to re-spawn BV spectres in outdoor maps with natural ground).

I really-really hope GGG will give us better way to get spectres or make them persistent finally (despise Chris saying it's very difficult to do... But hey, they are able to roll Xbox release so why not this :) ).

I mean you cant do those without animate weapon. U dont normally. Flesh offering you can slot in over the minion damage gem (one of the options at least) in the zombie link, and selfcast it, while you use wither for animate weapon. Check my "ultimate xp machine" header for the setup.

@ixxxo I dont think you should run with bv spectres if you have those issues. Flame sentinels do fair better at speed clearing. Bv is for bosses mainly.

For those struggling to run breaches (I mean regular map breaches) my suggestion is get dual curse setup asap. With enfeeble and temp chains (especially temp chains) you can just stay still in T15 Chayula breach and take almost no damage. I was quite stupid and left temp chains as my last aura (when I got good mana reduced helmet), that was a mistake. Temp chains is really game changer. With it I just stay in the middle of any pack on any map and don't care. Did not die even once since started using it.

Dont worry to much. If I use my 3 link SRS (minion damage + melee physical) only then I can run T10+ maps also (but not breaches in maps). No it is not that fast anymore but it is far from hard.

Temp chains is really game changer
Indeed even without curse effectivness nodes. Here is your next game changer in survivability and damage: Vaal Disciplin and Vaal Haste with Increased Duration supported by Sacrificial Harvest.

I mentioned earlier that my setup is somewhat different. One idea was to use increased skill effect duration nodes and vaal skills to boost attack damage and defense. For Breach (and in general) this setup worked out very well because vaal skills fill up very fast. Vaal Haste is active for nearly all the time. Vaal Disciplin is active in breaches all the time. I did Uul-Netol domain without a bleed flask.

Unfortunatly you have to find sockets for them and exchange minion damage for vaal souls (jewel slots).

Yeah, I understand your point, but my problem exactly is boss killing. I'd rather have a bit slower map clear than risking dying on bosses due to them taking too long (My first attempts of breachlords were problematic due to that).

My main problem with Sentinels is they are very visually distractive, I don't have that good overview of what's going on, plus I am not happy off-screening mobs and then having to run around looting.

Best solution would be to add BV mobs to Lunaris 2 or similar and every problem solved, everybody is happy :). I created new thread in Suggestions if anybody wants to support. Best solution after spectre persistence, that is :).
Hey Leary, great build I'm having a lot of fun. For the animate weapon variant what loot filter do you use? When I changed mine and run Wither CWC Animate it seems like a lot of the weapons don't animate at all, thanks!

I noticed AW doesn't have 'global' range... meaning you need to cast wither somewhat close to weapons on ground... Also you AW needs to be higher level, as level dictates what weapon can be animated.

As for filter, I found Neversink's regular filter nice, he has AW section ready and commented out, you just need to uncommment 7 lines and can use AW.

U dont need a loot filter at all for CWC animate, because it targets stuff u cant see. The thing is, it wont animate unidentified weapons, so you might see a very low amount if u dont roll high quantity maps. Generally without increased duration nodes I get between 10-15 weapons, in breaches about 30-40. U dont need that much if you also have flame sentinels around.

Well ye it doesnt have global range, not even on cwc, so you somewhat need to hover over where they drop.

Again for the filter, u dont need anything special, just your normal one will do for totem and cwc, only if you selfcast u need the filter.

Ok awesome, thanks for the updates. Last question, I keep trying the spectre trick but it doesn't seem to spawn flame sentinels for example in shaped atoll t13, any idea why? I have spectres already from act 3 eternal lab, and im not in a map with "area is inhabited by," mods, and i keep desecrating but flame sentinel never show up... Is it possible only certain maps can spawn them?

From my experience yes, they only can be raised in certain maps. I use High Gardens or Plaza usually. It has also been said that you can raise them in any T16 map that way. Didnt check all but works fine in Minotaur.
