All I ever bought was regular stash tabs so I guess you're stabbing me in the back and others who maybe bought like 100 regular tabs?

Do you guys have a marketing manager to help with "smart" decisions like this? Is there someone who actually thinks about how to expand the playerbase instead of pushing players away? Otherwise pm me.

You have to expand your dictionary what is "SCAM".

When you decided to buy stash tabs there were also the opportunity to buy premium tabs...it was your choice, your decision.

Anyway in this topic clearly showing up how the nowdays "gamers" are....They want it NOW and they want it FREE....this is important thing - FREE...FREEEEEEEE.

99% of the ppl in this topic dont even know what the "p2w" means...Crying about the stuff what the GGG selling.

But i never saw you guys crying about the Chineese farmers who selling currencies for real money.....Thats the real p2w...not a fuckin premium stash tab. The premium stash tab wont make you mirrored geared, the premium stash tab dont give you 10 exalts if you pay for them.

But the chineese bots do.....So the p2w side of this game are the RMT, not the stuff what actually the GGG selling.

And those that whine about p2w, I really don't get u guys... either upgrade some stashtabs to premium or keep using the old tools and nothing will change.

Please GGG, don't go there! If you start making decisions this stupid i will have to stop supporting you.
Just let people make normal stash tabs public as well, that would solve the problem. Simple. Please don't go further into the pay to win direction!

This is phenomenally good news to me, GGG; please do not only consider the extremely vocal complaints when deciding how to proceed. I already own way more premium tabs that I could ever need or use, but I will be upgrading my supporter pack to ascendant, which was always my intention once trade improvements were implemented.

"Having" to buy a couple of premium tabs is not at all what I'd consider within the same universe as P2W, and even if it were, a game company is allowed to monetize their game however they please. There are plenty of parallels between this argument and the much older and equally annoying "additional stash tabs are P2W" and "better computers are P2W" arguments. Nothing is ever completely fair, especially when one expects to consume resources without cost.

That said, if not already planned, it would probably be worthwhile to consider giving every account at least a couple of trade-capable tabs so that F2P players can fully participate in the new iteration of the trade system, as a healthy economy benefits everyone.

It would be nice, if there was some sort of improvement in the developer API too.

The public stash tabs, are they open for players in game to view or is it only through the trade tools.
i.e if a normal new player started the game they are/are not going to see a public stash from which they can buy stuff or that if i decided i wanted to sell items but did not have any trade tool would i or would i not be able to sell the items through this with nothing else required?

Also doesn't this go against your views on trading?... i,e no buyouts because you want some level of player interaction

I really don't understand all the bitching in this thread. How is the game now ptw or ptp? I've been playing PoE now for about 7 months and I've used poe.trade to buy the odd piece when I was sick of dying in merc waiting for decent piece of gear to drop. I've never been interested in trading but I do have 24 premium tabs cos I like to be organised.

I could start tomorrow and end up in exactly the same position without paying a cent in support so it's definitely still ftp. I always thought ptw was the ability to buy better gear/weapons/etc. for real money and as far as I can tell that's still not possible.

Is there a moniker for 'pay for convenience' maybe? I have no problem at all with this announcement and will carry on enjoying the game. Way to go, GGG :D
