I think the point is that you are never ignited currently when you cast RF, you just burn. What was reffered to is that there is now a support to make RF deal more damage than before. RF totems for Chieftain would be able to do massive damage with this support.

Having community members reveal skill gems is neat. Problem is I just can't stop thinking mow much more I preferred the professional style videos I've grown accustomed to seeing direct from GGG.

The Mine Gem's Penalty will probably gradually lower the damage penalty by 1% by level. (Leading up to 20% Less Damage at Lvl 20) Quality will probably be More Mine Damage too.

Happy to see Mines getting some more love.

I wonder how Elemental Focus is going to work with Elemental Conflux...
