Content.ggpk error

I was playing PoE yesterday ok, since 2013...
and now when i try enter, just appears one window with message: "Your pack file has become corrupted. Currently the only way to fix this is to delete Content.ggpk and download it again by running the client." Unfortunately, the way to solve this is to delete your content.ggpk file inside of your main Path of Exile installation directory, and then download it again. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause you! | |

I did, deleted, and can't download anything... just stay in 'checking resources'... =\

Make sure your antivirus/firewall/security software is all disabled (or uninstalled) including the Windows Firewall, or you have the appropriate exclusions added (sometimes you have to remove and re-add them).
Also make sure you're launching by right-clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator". Let it sit a while as it can take time to check content and download. Last edited by Drakier#1520 on Feb 19, 2016, 7:40:47 PM

I try all of this, and nothing happens... so i uninstall and reinstall...
and download the 6 gb again >.< but the game entered now! I need sleep and will test tomorrow, ty for try help me guys!! \/

Hello, i have the same problem.
Cant download it again, keeps on checking ressources. Btw how does a file become 'corrupted'? It says created and last change in 2013. You can bypass the downloading proces, by moving your path of exile folder from ur C: disk to Another Folder. After you do that download the patch , and move the Path of Exile Folder to C: disk again, tahts happens to me every update, and im lazy to download the content.ggpk file xD. Good Luck

" the game has a huge resource file (resource.ggpk). when the game patches itself on start, it puts new content into this file. if you move the poe folder to another location before the patch process starts, you just make it patch itself on the other location. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
