[2.4] "The Lawn Mower™" God Tier Blade Vortex / UBER & SHAPER deathless / with video! Atlas Ready!

A 20 stack Uber Video tomorrow would be nice!
Here's what I think will provide the most damage output now with the 20 stack limit:

My cast speed is not high, so I may have to end up keeping spell echo. If you can get 20 stacks without spell echo, drop it for added chaos or fire. Also, If you can afford +1 Gems Shavs, now's probably the time since Increased Duration is being replaced with Empower.
I was poor, because I didn't have anything. But I was rich, because I had a dream.

Priority is Ranger, Witch, Shadow...

Which class do you guys think will be best moving forward in 2.4?
I generally go with Witch for the Occultist points.
Just trying to figure out which way to go with the new league in the afternoon.

Without +1 Gems Shav, you will only get an extra 3 levels to blade vortex (BV), considering you have a level 21 BV, your BV level will max out at 24. I think going the empower route is best utilized with +1 gems Shavs, as you can pump it all the way to level 26. Without +1 gems, I think your best bet on your red socket will indeed be to go added fire, as im almost certain that beats lv24 blade vortex as opposed to level 21 with added fire.

So, go added fire if you can't afford +1 Gems. If you can afford +1 Gems, go with a Level 4 Empower.

We would have to check the base damage of lvl 21 up to 26 BV once the patch is life, would be nice if you could contribute that to the wiki if you already have a +1 Shavs.

I think only very very very few players will be able to afford that (in temporary league at least), so the question is if a lvl 3 or 4 empower (which is also very expensive) alone could already beat the Added Fire Damage support gem.

Added Fire is 44% extra (it's not "more"), which only profits from additional 20% increased elemental dmg (plus possible ele dmg on gear) compared to Empower support gem.

I think it will be hard that +2 levels alone could beat the Added Fire. Although you also have to mind that the Empower gem not only raises base damage of BV, it also raises damage indirectly e.g. by use of Hatred Aura, Herald of Ash, Poison ...

And if I go Occultist route and would like to use Life leech in links (just for reliable leech even if I screw up the flaks/encounter hexproof mobs), what whould I swap for it? And thanks for the amazing build ^^

And also- if I have pretty low crit as occultist (due to my gear being not that good) is it a good idea to swap ICD for ICS gem?

Tested the empower lv3 and add fire dmg by myself (i dont have the empower lv4).
Using lv21 BV with add fire dmg i have 39k dps in ho and with empower lv3 the dps just only have 33k. So i think its better with the red colour gem is add fire dmg.

If you can afford 2 ring with >60% mana regen and plus weapon or shield with around 40-50% manaregen then we can drop 3 skill point near the Shaper which is located near the Scion passive. And also we can drop the duration on skill tree if we have enough cast speed.

The next patch BV can stack up to 20 rather than 50 but GGG didnt say about the base duration of the BV so i think we should forcus on dmg which can help us reach as much dmg as we can at 20 stackes.

In my case i have 50% crit chance and 449% crit mul without ICD and ICS. Then with 6 charges i can have 68% and plus from assasin mark 10% and i think it enough.
Another thing is if u dont have crit chance high enough so dont go ICD because ICD is the best when u have high crit chance
I use faster casting istead of ICS cuz it gimme more dps around 1k. As i meantion before cuz we will drop duration gem and also duration on skill tree so i think we should have enough cast speed to boots up 20 stacks.
This guide will be updated for 2.4?
