can you point me in a direction i should aim for in dagger, with the stats, hopefully a good dagger that's not over exspensive

So I came back after several years. I was watching your stream at work last night and noticed that you using two sets of vinktars and atziri flask during your uber runs. Do these flasks stack? I have run a couple of tests and they dont seem to cue or stack. I would love an explanation when you have time.
