I mean you could, but it's far from the ideal ASC class for this now. If this was 2.2, she'd be the best. Sadly not the case anymore, It's Pathfinder, Assassin, Occultist. Not saying you couldn't make scion work, just inefficient.

You can't crit what you can't hit™. Joking aside yes it's relatively important. You need to be able to hit the target to apply damage right?

Mid 80's is fine, since BV still hits so much you can get away with that sort of number and be OK. Ofcourse higher is better but low to mid 80's will be serviceable.

Is the ranger skill tree still viable in 2.4? I'm having trouble in normal dying a lot and I can't do the Ascendancy Labyrinth. I'm level 31. Also I'm a new PoE player lol
I'm currently using this gems combo in chest for witch.

+ incr dura and conc effect in inventory to switch in the occasions I'm in need of.

Do you suggest something better? Like I was thinking in replacing spell echo with controlled destruction.

Not to come off rude, but this build really isn't ideal for a newer-ish player. Especially leveling.

Leveling this you need to have some decent familiarity with some game mechanics and how to transition into them. For example, you start off as life based, so you path accordinly (might look different then my end game ranger tree for example).

Then you get to a certain point you start wearing ES/life gear and go hybrid ES/Life. Than transition from that into CI. Lastly you go lowlife from there, if you can afford it. That's how this build progresses through leveling, atleast IMO.

It's not very "easy" to do, especially when you consider the cost of this build. I hate to disuade anyone from doing a build I put this much work into, but I'm concerned you might not be experienced enough for this level of build.

Without coming off as an elitist, this is a build/version of blade vortex you go to, when you've run the lower end and cheaper offerings that litter the forums now. The goal is to bring the absolute minmax version of blade vortex possible that doesn't revolve around mirrored items or anything outrageous.

I wish you the best of luck and feel free to ask any questions you may have. Just trying to give you a heads up.

TLDR: This build isn't newer player friendly. You might possibly be over your head in terms of game mechanic knowledge and currency to invest. This BV guide is all about absolute minmax highend faceroll anything thrown at us type of setup, which doesn't come "cheap".

Alrighty man, thanks for the heads up! I'll look into other builds for now. I've just reached Act 4 normal in ESC and I only really had trouble with Labyrinth.

Hi, check out the witch/shadow's 6l setups. Should answer your question, if not let me know!
