Crit multi is OP. two implicit are good and has life. win win win. This is my crown jewel. I can ignore cold resistance, works well with Full disclose: all talisman were bought, and not found by me. Their combined price I had to pay was less than 6ex, but I think at the moment their price would be close to 20ex combined.
