Skills reveal - Frost Bomb and Orb of Storms

Having to dedicate nearly all of the gear sockets to survival makes one wonder where exactly something like this will fit.
You dont give us enough sockets for stuff like this. Are we supposed to give up auras for this? CWDT setup? Vaal haste/grace/dis/clarity? As for boss killing and clear speed it's better to use a vaal 4 link that will do more damage and in some cases, outright kill, bosses.
This skills don't look good, icy bomb?, meh, Storm thing, might be something, like a little ARC totem.
Still have to see Crit base, base lightning damage and effectivenes, but they really looks bad.

For frost orb, I want to know how it interacts with increased/decreased duration.

For orb of storms, I want to know how it interacts with lightning tendrils.
Im gonna get a little technical here and try to read between some lines (what was and was NOT said). Frost bomb has a cooldown yes. However you only stated Orb of storms limitation of one. Meaning Frost bomb can be echo'd and trapped to bypass the cooldown somewhat. You can assume based on the delay skill, its probably high damage. Not actually different than a delayed storm call in that fashion, ontop of simply increasing aoe to large proportions and using the improved reduced duration (its getting damage buff FYI). You really haveto wait and see what someone might do with it.

Orb of storms. Did you even look at that cooldown? Limit one, who cares, thats a freaking lightning field there that A) attacks enemies inside and can chain outside B) Attacks additional times when you cast inside of it. It can be used offensively, defensively, or both. Its a self casting Arc field. Room full of ranged enemies, drop it inside and it attacks and cannot be destroyed. There is nothing wrong with this skill in the slightest and if you think otherwise you need to stop playing guidebook builds and get bloody creative. Excellent work GGG.

Umm dude? Thats technically the same thing? Lowering an enemy resistance by say 15 and penetrating 15 resistance has the same end result.

Technically if the debuff lasts and stacks and how much it decreases by, it may lower enemy resistance by more than a curse. Really need more details on it.

What would make it more interesting if it is actually in fact limited to one is that instead of a cooldown, during that time frame you can detonate it early for reduced damage.
