Winterheart, Event 45: Arctic Boss Kill

Clouds were unavoidable basically and at my 130-150 ping rate, I could hardly figure the actual location of clouds. Any adjustments to reduce inconsistency, like slower movement would be more enjoyable.

Anyway, I had lots of oh-shiet moments and fun, gave me another aspect on strongboxes.

Hope my Dominus kill was accepted ! I killed right at the end of race and Dialla spawned while I was immobilized. :P

needed 10 pts; killed brutus/merveil for 10 pts; no points recieved yet.
edit: character still in void league (not deleted)

how many days do we need to wait?

Looks like I'm also missing my 60 pts (killed Kaom but died on Daresso). Character still in Void League.

Yeah it takes them a couple of days to make sure everyone gets their points. We just have to make sure not to delete those characters and everything should be fine.

^_^ I actually completed the race, was a heck of a lot of fun. Now I just have to wait for the points to roll it :).

Missing all my points as well... completed the race. Hopefully come Tuesday it's an easy fix!

I'm sure this is futile because some people obviously have the reading comprehension of a retarded brick, but here it goes anyway.

1. You are not unique or special. Nobody has received the kill points in this race yet. There is no requirement to reply to this thread simply to point out you haven't got your points yet. Der.

2. It will take at least a couple of days to sort this out as per Chris' comment earlier in this thread. Do not delete your race character and you will be just fine! This has happened before in previous seasons and although it took time, GGG did sort it out for everyone.

3. If you did delete your character but you placed in the ladder because you killed all bosses you'll most likely get your points, but this might take longer than those that didn't delete.

4. If you did delete your character but did not kill Malachai, you'll just have to wait till GGG update us about this type of situation. In the mean time, do some other races and rack up some points there.

5. GGG staff are resting due to the weekend/public holiday. It's pointless throwing any question in this thread for another couple of days. Chillax people and wait for GGG to get to work, review the situation and provide us more information.

6. In regard to the random draw allocation, I wouldn't even worry about it. You'll have at least earned the two items that were being given away and besides, the amount of people that played this means your odds were really low anyway. You're better off running a couple of other races in the next week or so for random draws.

That's besides the point...a few players that did get points also got the random priced divided between them while others didn't get their rightful chance at the draw.

I'm a firm believer in fairness when it comes to these things so it's a matter of principle more than anything.

I loved the race. I only saw this event the second day it ran. And I only ran a bit to get some points (liking that also). It was one of the nicest events mid league! I only wish partying would be allowed and it could maybe last longer say 2 days or weekend? Just because its damn fun and it's voided any way. These new kinds of races might be worth mentioning in the news maybe (once you fix em).
Can't wait to see what other stuff is in store for the future. :)
