Yes, go and disregard all of the people who bought the Highgate and Divination Card "extra" from the current packs.

Great idea. (Also, map drops are fine.)

GGG, I like divination cards, but how about some kind of "Card collecting book" separate from stash where we can keep track of just our divination cards?
For example sorting the cards by required amount for a set, and mainly showing the actual art of the card instead of generic icons.

Great, more fractured loot. Awesome. Can't wait to buy more stash tabs. Well played.

Could you at least increase the wisdom and portal scroll stack size to 100?
Same with orbs.

Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.

I concur. I've played Talisman League for quite a few 100s of hours now and have several dozen different types of divi-cards but no full set yet. I'm running maps at level 76 right now and without even 1 full set yet the best I've gotten is this:

All I see is that this game mechanic allows the art department to showcase their skills. As a real useful game feature it is a complete failure with too low of drop rates.

As a typical middle of the road PoE player that plays 20 to 23 hours a week there is no way that I'll get anywhere with DCs. I'll most likely play maps until end of Talisman and not get a full set of divi-cards.

The whole thinking of GGG has been (and probably always will be) to make PoE for the top .001 of elite players that play 12+ hours a day and then let the rest of us be damned. This has always been and always will be a major frustration with PoE and GGG's overall thinking. That there is only one way to play PoE (grind 12+ hours a day forever) and then most likely bad RNG (for which extreme RNG reigns supreme) will prevent me from finding full sets of DCs is the norm and always will be. I've come to expect that from GGG with my 3 years of playing PoE. GGG introduces new game features and then RNG gates them behind super low drop rates to make the .001% of elite no-lifer (another frustration that using this to describe players will get censored even though it is a perfect way to describe 10+ hour a day players) PoE slavers happy that their arpg needs are satisfied at the expense of everyone else.

{SIGH!!!} I play PoE with full knowledge that the plight of the non-elite PoE player will never improve and that's just the way it will always be. I accept that in order to be happy with playing the monster bash and build crafting part of PoE that GGG has done better than any other arpg. But it will always be a sore point of contention with me that the GGG devs will always consult with the top players and get feedback that is in no way indicative of the way PoE needs to be balanced for the non-elites. That is why GGG must fork PoE and add other permanent leagues to address the needs of a greater variety of players. I doubt that will ever happen but it is necessary for long term survivability.
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

If one cant sustain the time to 'compete', then the temporary leagues are probably not the optimal decision - if you want to 'reach' something with no matter of time, keep at least a little focus on perma's (like I do)

If a game doesnt attract the 0.001 "elite", then it will never ever attract the masses long enough to sustain it.

My view is not a really usual, but just as a spot: as more rng they add, as longer we casual-lifer with little gaming time have something to go for.
