the /b part is a joke.
people use arc with vaal spark; the same vaal spark build uses those 2 skills and it is obvious that one will USE arc more times since vaal spark is gated behind souls.

By the way, is it possible to show the larger list of "Level 90+ Primary Skills"? I mean, with amount of skills in PoE, top-5 looks insufficient (I'm quite sure that all skills in top-5 are below 10%, maybe even below 5%). Top-20 seems to be more adequate, imho :)

Also, some time ago you did infographics for the passive tree Keystone uses, it was very interesting too.
