This is pretty much groundslam it looks cool dont get me wrong ,i understand its hard to make skills and balance them but this is just taking one concept and calling it something else.
No skill-gem linked, learning from the Blasphemy fiasco I see.

Lets take it one step further... All the skills do damage, but each skill has some funky coat of paint to separate it from others. In the end, all skills are the same skill causing damage but they all look different.

You missed his entire point. A fast build will have moved on by the time the second hit comes. A loot filter isn't going to help if you've moved a screen over by the time the mob dies.
Interesting, so you can only have one up at a time, but you can reduce the duration of if and obviously increase the AoE. Two-handers are definitely the first thing on my mind for sure, but then again, this could have some bearing on a one-handed + Shield combo, especially with the utilization of a slower weapon that most people seem to shy away from. Do like the possibilities as this means attack speed isn't the be-all-end-all and this is certainly not exactly the same as Ice Crash as most people are jumping to. Also...question...are those small projectiles that come out of the aftershock and could hit enemies outside the radius, or are they just part of the visual effect?

And while you're at it, we could use an unarmed movement skill too. Make it work with daggers & claws too - and call it "Pounce" or something...
tbh im very interested in the 'less duration' more damage multiplier :D

Do you have talisman as default on your test server or why so you run along a stone circle?
Will talisman be added to the game, just with reduced droprates???

And the less duration buff will surely bring some nice lightning warp builds :).
