I consider playing exactly that build and i just found that topic:).
I think u pick pathfinder as class cuz Master herbalist let u skip poison gem from setup and u have 1 more free gem slot.

I think this build works better as a scion because of berserker + deadeye node are more efficient as a ranger i have to run warlordmark on blasphemy to sustaine life/mana leech but i'm lazy to lvl up a sion ^^'

Anyway this build rock hard and realy fun to play =)

Since the OP haven't updated his build guide. This is my interpretation of his build, my tree is pretty close to the original. For Ascendancy, I chose Deadeye just for Ricochet. I uploaded a video to show the interaction between "fork" from Rigwald's Quill and the +1 chain from Ricochet. I think they're pretty powerful together.
