I improved my gear a lot, up to 5.9k life, but still dying often... I have 60 c budget, its very little what should I get?

Almost every item has nice life and resistance.

Get rid of the 3 nodes in Duality and get the 3 nodes in the Scion life wheel. I would also suggest getting rid of Sleight of Hand and getting more 5% life nodes elsewhere too. Get rid of Path of the Warrior in favor of a life node. The life on your gloves is low and one of your rings has no life. Also, get a Kaom's Roots with 190+ life. It will make a ton of difference. You'll probably add a few hundred life this way. Make sure you resists are capped, 76/75/75. Once you reach 6500+ life, then think about replacing your swords with some 300+ phys dps swords. Next you'll make your way to Brutal Blade on the right side of the tree, then get MOAR LIFE NODES.

Fun build. Cleared all the content in the game with it with relative ease. Hardest thing was honestly Chimera adds.

Sure dude !!!

-helm ... is sex haha I tried 150 runs of labs and never once got APS or Dual strike on my helm :'(
-gloves are fine but obviously make it harder to adjust other gear since there's no res on them, leech is helpful but not required
-axe is low end, but you knew that
-boots are fine. 200 life kaoms go as low as 1c and as high as 6c. Could get another 30 life just from that 10 life from perfect boots.
-belts are easy to get dual/tri res with 120 life, if you were to change anything it'd be to both switch your chest + belt at the same time to accommodate the brunt of res needs since they are both the easiest to get with high res but also give the highest max life. Will be money well spent for very very hefty survival increases
-rings/ammy are low end for life
-chest needs to be 6L and the life is very low and doesn't really have much res. You can do much better than this

My advice is 110+ life dual res belt & 140+ life dual/tri res chest first. Get them at the same time and you will immediately find that upgrading the rest of your gear to be extremely easy. I am not even sure if you're capping res with your gear, but I assume so. Overall, you gear is simply low end, nothing is actually wrong. Just means you're poor, that's all.
