I have been doing nothing but playing PoE for the last four days or so, I'm a little disappointed I missed this. I don't really look at the forums but I don't think it would have killed you guys to maybe throw a box at people who were logged in, or at least mentioned something in-game about it. I'll live, and I have all the MTX I'll ever want, but, feelsbadman.

I emailed support about the delivery issues and got my box half an hour after !

I've been through and checked any other Exiles who have posted saying they have not received their claimed Winter Mystery boxes and re-added them, please email in to support@grindinggear.com if you believe there was an error with your box and we can look into it for you!

Why didn't they give some sort of notification in game... I've been playing and not on the forums. Next time guys please add something in game so those of us enjoying the actual product don't miss out. Thanks for the wonderful game. You guys still rock!

I was playing PoE all holiday weekend long, and had no idea I can get a free gift ;( What a pity there was no in-game announcement, like it was with stash tabs sale :/ I want new pets, and hideout stuff ;( *hides in corner crying*
