UI - More informative health bars
Some games do this thing with health bars- fresh damage isn't shown as "removed" from the bar, but instead builds up as a bright red section, then disappears after a second. This allows you to clearly see how much damage you are doing in short amounts of time.
I'd like to see PoE adopt this kind of health bar, but with some additional tweaks. Rather than just turning a damaged section of the bar bright red, you could have red, blue, green, white, etc. sections for different damage types. (I am aware that this might run into some trouble with colorblind players, but I suspect that there are ways of getting around that, such as varying the brightness/saturation, or giving the different sections textures.) this guy put alot of effort in his post and it honestly is a good idea, I didn't think of it myself but it would be nice to have this as a toggle-able option.

Interesting idea, but in this game health and mana change as fast as sound waves so it would just make it more confusing.
