Cast when Stunned gems don't trigger when blocking with Skyforth equipped.
I think the effect is similar to CI. The spell takes what your mana pool would have been had you not taken Blood Magic. For CI it takes what your health would have been had you not taken CI.

Every hit stuns you, always. It doesn't work like it does when you have CI.
The issue is that CwS gems don't trigger when you block, like they are supposed to. Certainty is the key to life... or love... or something like that. Last edited by Azurinel#2927 on Dec 31, 2015, 6:30:43 PM

After doing some more testing, looks like CwS gems don't trigger at all when you block. Tried it on a different character using CI CwS build, got way less procs when Rumi's potion was used, even when comparing to using a regular granite flask (to make sure it just wasn't the armor keeping me from being stunned).

Waiting on a fix still.

" Any update on this? I know originally you said it was fixed internally and would be released in a future patch. Certainty is the key to life... or love... or something like that.

I don't necessarily believe that block recovery counts as a stun. Just because the Wiki says it doesn't mean it's the way it really is. It is a community information source after all... Has there been confirmation from GGG that block recovery is considered a stun? Doesn't really make sense to me that it would be the case.

It is intentional that playing the block recovery animation for blocking a hit that would stun does not count as actually being stunned.
This may be reviewed in future. |
