Yes, what you want to aim for is trying to get a high amount of life on every rare item. Since our build relies on many unique items we are crippled in the sense where we cannot afford to use rare items without life to make up for lack of life otherwise.

I'm glad you are excited to try it! Voll's Devotion really pushes this build to the next level, I will post a budget version of this build as soon as I finish testing all options.

How viable is the build in talisman sc league using non legacy flasks and mjolner for running ubers?

How exactly did you achieve a tooltip discharge in the 40k range? Is this with many buffs stacked and all your charges active?

This build is viable for Uber Atziri even with a Non-Legacy Mjolner, but I recommend a 6L Kingsguard to ensure you have both Fortify and Additional Projectiles from LMP. If you are using a Non-Legacy Mjolner for Uber Atziri, focus more towards defenses before offences.

I achieved that Tool-tip Discharge by using Iron Will, Righteous Fire, and Atziri's Promise which all can be up basically 100% of the time.

The Vessel of Vinktar would definitely be a strong flask for this build, the leech it provides is quite extraordinary as well as the possible bonus from variants such as Lightning penetration or additional damage to spells. Although, Surgeon's flasks may remain a stronger option as Life Gain is taken care of by our Kingsguard and damage is the least of our worries.

was looking for a Arc/Iron Will Templar as i stumbled over this... how shall i call it...
hm... Godlike build. The Guide is good to understand also for me as non english speaker.
I started to play with my marauder at lvl77. Needed to make some currency first (YES IT ISNT CHEAP =) )
and played it then till lvl 84 without Voll´s devotion and The Atziri Acuity. Its good to handle if you are carefully. Sometimes you can drop a bit and the damage is good but not as it can be. I know it =) , today i got the Voll´s Devotion and what should i say. GODLIKE! the synergy out of the amulett/ring/chest/hammer is incredible. I can facetank everything, need to be carefull at chaos damage but its not that squishy. Only the Gloves are missing atm so i use my Maligaros.
I hope to get the Atziri gloves sometime, they are expansive but im working on it.

I LOVE THIS BUILD,
besides after Odin, Thor is the greatest
