Man I'm really enjoying this build, but I just hit maps and I'm feeling really squishy (lvl 70ish) I'm working on connecting points so I can transition to the updated passive tree as it seems to be a little tankier, but I take hits hard atm and it's a little scary to play with. Specifically, bosses.

First of all u're still quite low level. I dont know what gear you use but keep going.

Kite the bosses while spawning the wither totem and hit with ED, thats the main playstyle against them.

Once you reach level 82+ we can discuss your gear, passive tree etc.

When I hit 70ish and started mapping, I had the same problem.
My solution: Flasks. I started using 2 instant life flasks (like the ones MC recommended), 1 quicksilver and 2 granite flasks. You can switch to a Rumi's and a jade flask later, once you have the currency.

Also, you should have no problem getting resist cap and having a large life pool, because this build only uses 4 unique items (3, if you dont have bino's yet). Meaning you can find items with high life rolls for very cheap on poe.trade.


Anyways, keep running Dried Lake and some low-level maps for now. It gets a lot better very soon, I promise.

Yea it seems quite fine, I'm not sure you need "Primal Spirit" (right side at the bottom), but its up to you :)

We have gained around 1k more DoT dps, and more life.

Yeah its awesome indeed

I'm sure I can test this later when I get on, but what does increased projectile damage do for us here? Wouldn't it just be for the initial hit (a small fraction of our dot DPS)? Or does the projectile damage also increase the Dot?

I'm still trying to get a 6link. Got my second 5link today and thinking about buying a Lvl3 Empower.

What do you think is better for a 5link? Lvl20 Poison or Lvl3 Empower?
